Uppercup Postage and Packaging
DELIVERY
UpperCup aim to despatch your order within 24 hours, so those of you living in the UK mainland can expect to get your delivery within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Those ordering from overseas can expect this delivery to take a few days longer.
Uppercup may also have a longer delivery timeframe if we are sold out and awaiting stock from suppliers. We will do our utmost to supply you as soon as possible and will keep you up to date with supply dates on out of stock items.
Orders over £70 will require a signature.
UPPERCUP NORMAL DELIVERY
We will despatch your order by 1st class Royal Mail and normally it will be delivered along with your normal post.
Please ensure that any alternative delivery address is stated if this is required.
UpperCup’s postage and packaging charges are as stated below, although this is per order NOT per item:
£3.00 for UK delivery address (or free if order over £50)
£5.00 for European delivery address
£7.00 for Rest of the World delivery addresses
Please note that if you live outside of the EU, that your order may be subject to import duty and tax for your specific country.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (UK mainland delivery addresses only)
If your order is required urgently then we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed by Royal Mail to be delivered the Next Working Day before 1pm (subject to stock availability). If you order on a Friday you can either order normal Next Working Day which will be the following Monday or you can order Saturday Guarantee. Please note that both Next Working Day and Saturday Guarantee services require a signature for delivery. To enable UpperCup to Offer you this service we must have your order placed either on our website by 12.30pm Monday to Friday only. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday then it will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. The scale of charges for these services are as follows:
