RETURNS
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please note that the postage element (if any) of an order is non refundable. Items being returned for an exchange are dispatched free of charge.
RETURNS FROM THE UK
If you need to return an order from within the UK, UpperCup will pay for one return. Simply attach the returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel and post!
RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS
If you are returning a parcel from an overseas address, please ensure that you pay the
postage. Please ensure that your parcel is correctly addressed as below and is securely
sealed before posting and then send to:
UpperCup Returns Department: 60 Majestic Drive, Onchan, Isle of Man. IM3 2JL.
UpperCup can accept returns by courier if required BUT any charges must be met by the sender.
UpperCup will not accept any returned parcels via courier where there are any costs to pay.
