Order Information and Terms

DELIVERY

UpperCup aim to despatch your order within 24 hours, so those of you living in the UK mainland can expect to get your delivery within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Those ordering from overseas can expect this delivery to take a few days longer.

Uppercup may also have a longer delivery timeframe if we are sold out and awaiting stock from suppliers. We will do our utmost to supply you as soon as possible and will keep you up to date with supply dates on out of stock items.

Orders over £75 will require a signature.

UPPERCUP NORMAL DELIVERY

WE WILL DESPATCH YOUR ORDER BY 1ST CLASS ROYAL MAIL AND NORMALLY IT WILL BE DELIVERED ALONG WITH YOUR NORMAL POST.PLEASE ENSURE THAT ANY ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS STATED IF THIS IS REQUIRED.UPPERCUP’S POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES ARE AS STATED BELOW, ALTHOUGH THIS IS PER ORDER NOT PER ITEM:

£3.00 for UK delivery address orders
£5.00 for European delivery address orders
£7.00 for Rest of the World delivery addresses

Please note that if you live outside of the EU, that your order may be subject to import duty and tax for your specific country.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (UK mainland delivery addresses only)

If your order is urgently required then we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to be delivered next working day before 1pm (subject to stock availability) for £6.50 (or only £5.00 if your order is over £50). Please note that this service requires a signature for delivery. To enable UpperCup to Offer you this service we must have your order placed either on our website by 12.30pm Monday to Friday only. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday then it will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

UPPERCUP AND YOUR GUARANTEE

UpperCup hope that you will be pleased with your order and purchases from us, however if you are not, then we are happy to offer a refund or exchange the item(s). Please ensure they are returned within 14 days of the purchase date, unworn, with all labels intact and with their original packaging. Please note that postage and packaging charges are not refundable, however you will not be required to pay further postage charges if you require an exchange product. UpperCup guarantee all our lingerie, swimwear, body forming products and other garments for six months from date of purchase, provided that the washing instructions and care guide have been followed. A copy of the UpperCup care guide is enclosed with all orders or can be found on our website http://www.uppercup.com/content/12-sizing-guideuide

RETURNS

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please note that the postage element (if any) of an order is non refundable. Items being returned for an exchange are dispatched free of charge.

RETURNS FROM THE UK

If you have the need to return an order from within the UK, then UpperCup will pay for the return. Simply attach the returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel and post!

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

If you are returning a parcel from an overseas address, please ensure that you pay the postage. Please ensure that your parcel is correctly addressed as below and is securely sealed before posting and then send to:

UpperCup Returns Department: 60 Majestic Drive, Onchan, Isle of Man. IM3 2JL. UpperCup can accept returns by courier if required BUT any charges must be met by the sender. UpperCup will not accept any returned parcels via courier where there are any costs to pay.

PAYMENT METHODS

UpperCup will accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. We do not accept American express or Electron cards. In all other cases we also accept cheques or postal orders made payable to "UpperCup Ltd".

VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)

VAT is included in the price that UpperCup quote. For goods sent to addresses within the EU, VAT is included in all prices quoted. Although goods sent to addresses outside the EU are not subject to VAT, UpperCup customers pay the same prices across the world as this helps us to cover some of the additional costs of providing a service to international customers.
